Capturing memories of how something used to be and how it has changed overtime is an important part of learning about and understanding local history.
Valley of Visions is capturing memories of the Medway Gap area through an interactive oral history project, Medway Memories. This is a fantastic opportunity for local people to get involved in, whether through sharing memories or helping to gather and record other people's memories. We've already gathered some fasincating memories of how local communities have changed and stories of former industries and we're keen to learn more.
