Securing the Landscape

The Medway Gap suffers heavily from problems of illegal access with vehicles and fly-tipping in its more remote areas. This not only impacts negatively on the landscape and wildlife, but on residents and visitors as well.

Valley of Visions is working with Kent Police, Clean Kent and other partners to tackle these particular problems through better targeting of resources, the installation of physical barriers and community reporting and liaison.
